BB&T in Clermont, FL

Horrible.

Came on Saturday like they stated will be open until noon travel all the way from davenport to this branch shocked me it was close, very upsetting with this branch.

Very disappointed. The 2 times I've come into this branch, there was only a single teller available with a line stretching halfway back to the door. Also, they refused to help me cash a check - even admitting that it was too much trouble for them to deal with even though I have several accounts there. I've had good experience with BB&T in the past with several mortgages - the branches in Charlotte & Raleigh, NC are great. However, my experience with this branch has convinced me to take my money elsewhere.

I have been a client for a few years. Always friendly and helpful. They have stayed a little late helping me and personally call me when they think something funny is going on in my account (mostly me traveling and not letting them know). The manager and tellers are amazing!

I have been a customer for 5 yrs. Staff is friendly but sometimes understaffed. Most of my banking is done online and I use the ATM for cash withdraws. The ATM is the weak point at this location. The percentage of times that the ATM is inoperable when I stop is incredibly high, forcing me to go into the bank. Having lots of automatic deposits and withdraws attached to my accounts makes leaving the bank difficult. But I am considering doing that. Many times after I am forced to go inside I receive an email requesting me to rate my experience. I always indicate that my experience inside the bank is due to a bad experience outside. I would not recommend this branch.
