Bank of America Financial Center in Clermont, FL

Made a deposit one year ago. In April, we tried to withdraw 10%. They refused to release any funds. They said they are trying to protect me. Attorney says that is illegal. Went back, they refused again. Used the MAGIC WORDS...."I will file a complaint with the Federal Banking Commission." They released funds...I then removed all funds, and took them to my other bank. Just found out they put a note in their system that I was abusive, when they would not give me my money. USE THE MAGIC WORDS TO GET YOUR MONEY FROM THIS BANK. I have now closed all of my Bank of America accounts

Quite possible the worst BofA in Orlando. I was having a problem with the ATM accepting a check for deposit, the lobby Manager escorted me to another ATM then observed the machine not accept the check. Then proceed to tell me to wait in line for a teller, something I tried to do already, and she wouldn't let me.

This was the first bank I went to when we moved to Clermont, some 15 years ago. I'm sad to say I will not be banking at that branch very much any more. I don't understand why they need a greeter, and several IPad holding essentially useless employees asking if you want to use the tallking ATMs. If I could use the ATM I wouldn't come in the bank and stand on a line now would I? One teller working the business line and the consumer line is ridiculous...Go back to tellers not greeters......leave the ipad at home....

The bank has good opening hours and is very well staffed. I recommend making an appointment for anything non routine although they will try to fit you in if you walk in. Queues are about normal for a bank and they do now have the advanced ATMs with deposits and where you can speak to an advisor. They also have 4 drive up ATMs where you can again speak to an advisor if needed. Generally very happy with this branch.

Bank of America has the worst customer services of any bank I have ever did business with. This afternoon for instance there was over four people in line only two tellers on duty. After about a ten minute wait I was able to do my transaction which by then there was six to seven people in line one teller closed her window to go to lunch leaving one teller to deal with both business and personal banking. However there was a greeter and two other employees standing around doing absolutely nothing
