I was referred to this company to apply for a loan based on my credit score. I was looking to get a loan for about $1,800.00 and was turned down. I had seen where a person had the same exact score as mine and was approved. This office is located in Hernando County, FL and I just don’t believe they are practicing proper business ethics. Normally when you apply online if you don’t meet their guide lines for a loan you are denied immediately not transferred to the local office in your area. They leave it up to the branch to make the final decision. The person who was approve did not even have the income I have theirs was lower. In all fairness she was in a different city and transferred to a different location.

This company calls me at the same time every day, I also receive an email around the same time daily. I have no idea why they are calling me, as I have no accounts with them and no affiliations what so ever. I called yesterday and asked to be put on their Do Not Call List, again they call today. I again told the young lady I spoke to, to add me to their DNC, she tells me she will TRY to get to the bottom of it. There is nothing to get to the bottom of....just STOP CALLING!

It's a loan company, they loan, you pay it back. However, they seem to be unsure on how to accept payment over the phone. Phone etiquette is a little lacking. They seem slightly annoyed that I'm paying back what I borrowed. I was on hold for 3 mins so they could arranged to accept payment? Then a recording recited my payment and asked to press any number to accept. A recording said "you pressed Five" which was quite correct, I did. Then the original voice said I was all set. Anyway, seemed slightly weird to me, let's hope it is what it says it is. All in all, quite painless. I shall probably borrow again.
