I have banked with TDBANK since 1996. When I first opened my accounts, it was under a different bank who was later bought out by TD Bank, but I am happy with their service. I even kept my accounts when I moved to a southern state that didn't yet have any TD bank branches. I will be relocating again in the near future, and although there ARE in fact TD Bank branches in that state, I would have continued to bank with them anyway. Recently the strip on my debit card was demagnetized/deactivated and I went into a branch office and was given a replacement on the spot. No waiting days for a replacement to be mailed to me. Yes, I've encountered poor customer service on occasion over the years, but thats on the individuals I encountered, not TD Bank in general. Sadly, we encounter that everywhere. Over the years I have banked with different institutions and rank TD Bank the best of all due to their comparitively reasonable fees, helpful customer service, and branches with Sunday hours.

I have had the worst experience with TD Bank as a company overall, and with this particular location. To start, I went in person to make sure that I would have no issues, and I was WRONG! These people seem nice, but that is far from the truth that I experienced and learned. I was led to believe that TD Ameritrade was an affiliate of TD bank, a credit card application was put through without my permission, I had to call several times to get a receipt for the IRA that I was opening, and the account was closed without my permission because the balance was zero. Let me elaborate about the credit card application, I was there opening an IRA and somehow a credit card application was completed and filed. When I talked to the fraud department they informed me that "they could not have completed a credit card application without my knowledge because sensitive information was needed". When I asked if the same "sensitive information" is needed to open an IRA, I got a silence on the other end and advice to personally go to the bank and file a complaint with the manager. The fact that this company now has access to my personal information is appalling!! Every time I was on the phone with customer service or any TD bank employee at this site I was made to feel like all of this was my fault. I WARN you to never do business here or with this company! The only reason I put one star is because 0 isn't an option!

I saw a couple of reviews and thought I should speak up. I have been with TD Bank for some time now and let me say that this bank and branch in particular has been amazing. I am always greeted by name with smiles and shouts of "Good Morning" etc. They know their clients and treat them like friends. I can't even remember when I was ever even asked for ID. Get to know them, they are great folks. I was a former BOA client and would never even consider switching banks! Thanks TD!!!
