BB&T in Brandon, FL

Awful customer service. The only reason I stay for now is because it's too much of a hassle to move all four of my accounts. BB&T corporate apparently does not care either. They short staff their branches so the wait times are terrible. Stay away is my recommendation. I will be changing at year end for sure.

I have been with them since the previous bank they replaced. I have had good service every time I have gone there, whether in the drive thru, or if I have to go inside for something.

Unprofessional and lack care for their members.

Staff is horrible!!! Very rude and unprofessional. Especially the lady who wears the glasses. She greeted me saying "hello!!!!are you there?! You need fill out the rest of check!" When I over looked something else on the check, she then said "did you not here anything I said?!" Rolled her eyes and did not say anything back to me when she gave me my debit card and ID. I will NEVER go back to this branch again and considering changing banks. Unbelievable.

Closed an account there and turned in my debit card 4 days prior to actually closing. Went into the bank the day of my last direct deposit and made sure through their system that there were no other charges in limbo. Bank management confirmed it. 1 month later I get a notice from THEIR COLLECTION DEPT telling me that I owe $80 because of a $6.25 fast food debit that didn't come through until after I closed. They charged me for 2 $36 nsf fees. One for no $ in the account and for not making a deposit for 7 days! Really? I went back to the same branch, this one, went over everything with the same manager and he said he'd take care of it. I continued to get calls from collections for another month! But there's nothing you can do about it, so I had to pay it to get it off my credit. But by this time it was up to $110.00!!! No one cared and no one tried to help me!
