floridacentral Credit Union in Bradenton, FL

Florida central credit union . number one bad customer service . never use there bill pay that they offer . I used there online bill pay thinking it would make my life easier aww man one of the worst things I've ever done . I used there online bill pay to pay credit card company and my last pay me fnt that I made keeps post to my account and hitting my account with INS funds. And drawing my checking into the negatives and when I call customer service to explain where they have messed they won't listen . nor will they fix what they did wrong I went to this credit union because a friend said it was a good place . . it has no 24hr banking to call customer services . from my experience I would not refer this place to no one . I guess I have to rate this comment my rating would be-5 and I've had my account for a while . my next bank I will do my home work next time

Have been here over 15 yrs. Never a problem. Have financed 4 cars always great rates.

Very upset with this bank right now. My personal account has been compromised 3 times and sometimes I was not even notified until I received the new card in the mail. Our business account also compromised 3 different times. Also, what really set me off was today I called to ask a question, the person's response to me was, "I don't make the rules" what kind of an answer is this to say very rudely to your customers? I wonder if your board members would appreciate that response?
