First time here and I misread the sign. The teller yelled and gestured pretty rudely that I needed to go through the drive through. Woops!

I'm a new client of credit Union and I am glad I switch to Guardian Credit Union. Lorena Martinez is a wonderful worker. As I sat in the lobby waiting to see her and I realized that every one that worked in the place knew her and was Glad that she was there. Apperently she worked at a different location ,but was at the Boynton location temporarily. Lorena Martinez is a people person she makes everyone feels welcome . Even tough she was the only one working that day and it was a long wait. I sat there for 2 hours and wait just because of the way she talk to everyone that was there and ask for our patience. I watch her walking on heels going back and forth to the fax machine and each time she did so with a smile on her face. I met her for the first time that day and I can honestly say that she's a great person with a heart of gold. I'm glad I join Guardian Credit Union.
