Owned and operated by Bethesda Memorial Hospital; and overseen by a VP of Finance so acutely in tune with what goes on in that office that her nickname is 'Clueless Jo', a well earned moniker. Terrible! my payment was done 6 weeks ago and after request a zero balance letter they keep me saying it was sent (which is not true) or you will get a new by a week, and still waiting for. I don't know why it takes so long to get a zero balance letter, they lack professionalism, efficiency, organization, it is terrible, frustrating to deal with this kind of "organizations".

They are crooks all the way. I never received a bill when number and address next changed for two years. Zero balance for more then three years and still open collection hurting my credit. Wish america was eye for an eye.

Trying to say that I owe them $1800+ and have my credit report jacked up with this false debt! Contacting an attorney tomorrow for this blemish that I have absolutely no clue about
