WORST BANK EVER! We thought a small bank would be more personable and beneficial to our business. First, they held our $3800 CASH deposit for 48 hours. Yes, CASH! They don't give you a debit card for 90 days because they want to "build a relationship". They gave me an ATM card instead... Their ATM was down and has been down for several weeks now and the card wouldn't work at the Publix ATM because they set it up incorrectly. After we realized their policies were putting our business at risk, we decided to close the account. After depositing money to make sure the pending checks would clear and our rep telling me to my face that they were clear and we could close it, they BOUNCED 3 CHECKS and told us that they had a cashiers check waiting for us. I went in to pick it up and they said they had no cashiers check or record of it. After 3 people spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what happened, they FINALLY materialized a cashiers check. On top of that, I have to explain who I am every time I walk in there, even though I'm walking in every other day to deposit thousands at a time. DO NOT USE PARADISE BANK.

An old fashioned bank, they know your name, are extremely friendly, it takes a little getting used to. I love it.
