Tried to contact them several times in a two week's span even emailed the owner. No return call or was I even able to set up a simple appointment with them. I was told someone would contact me they never did and it's now, as Iam writing this been about four weeks. HSL may have good customer service if you can get in contact with them but first impressions are everything and it scared me away. I've since contacted another company and received a pre approval letter to house hunt.
