Never too busy, an easy dropoff.

I have been a customer for 25 years. I was making a donation to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital and had run out of checks. The tell said a money order would cost $5.00 but got a manager named hillary, To get the charge waived. She would not waive the fee. I had never been to Amscot but went there and got a free money order. Another useless hillary in the world.

Awful. I now know why I bank at TD Bank. I for the last year and a half, and, have successfully done business at this branch at Hunt Club Blvd in Apopka Florida, and almost always bring my pup Blueberry with me, where everyone has been wonderful and welcoming to us both, and downright awesome to do business with......... until today. I had the pleasure of meeting the Blonde late 40ish early 50' manager this morning, who informed me that she and her haggard old lady co- manager were uncomfortable with my dogs presence, whereas most days, tellers give her treats. She never barks, bothers no one, and sits in a chair patiently, and silently but apparently this was too much for this old woman and her Nazi cohort to handle. Unlike the umpteenth other times where no one ever said one word to me. Don't like my dog??? What did she ever do to you? Nothing. Closing all accounts at another branch, and never doing business with Wells Fargo ever again. What awful old women with an axe to grind againt me and my completely harmless dog. Avoid not only this banking organization, but this branch completely. Rude and uncalled for, but I guess you expect that from cranky old women. Wells Fargo, I give you the finger.

This location (hunt club, FL) has the BEST customer service that I've experienced with Wells Fargo, highly reccommend it. Good people, great service!
