All Bay Insurance Group in Apollo Beach, FL

I've been with All Bay for a few years now since they opened up in this area. I use them for all my insurance needs (cars, home, investment properties). They really go above and beyond in providing personalized service. I especially like the periodical updates (heads-up) emails on what is changing in the industry or at the state legislature and how it affects me. Satisfied customer.

One of the best insurance agency's I have dealt with. Prompt and courteous, always getting back to you with questions you may have. Always trying to help. They have saved me money finding a lower rate with my homeowners Insurance with me never having to ask.. Good business! I enjoy doing business with them for all my insurance needs.

Can't speak highly enough about this organization. They found me the best rates, with minimal work on my part. Customer service gets an A+. What really impressed me was, when my homeowner's insurance policy was up for renewal, they proactively searched for a cheaper policy for me, even thought it probably meant less income for them. saved me around $1000. You can't beat that. I also switched my auto policy to them, and saved close to $1000/yr for better coverage. Ethical organizations that look out for their customers deserve lots of business.

This is the best Agency. They understand the importance of customer service. They are always quick to answer questions, return calls, work with quotes, and changing insurance policies. They are friendly and honest and great to work with. We have had to file a claim on some flooding in our house and our agency was continually making sure things were moving along so we could get our money for our repairs. It would have been a huge hassle if they had not been helping us. Also, as an added bonus, they do customer appreciation days with ice cream :)

I used All Bay Insurance Group for 5 years for Renter's Insurance and Car Insurance. Tim helped all these years, and he has been wonderful, from giving money saving tips to great customer service (even though I bugged him almost everyday!). I'm sad to leave the group since I am moving out of state, Tim and staff have been wonderful!
