It's now been 2 days & 9 hours after sending in a support ticket to validate my name, and nobody has even replied to my support request. This is a company that is probably making millions of dollars in profit, yet consistently sucks at serving customers. Like, seriously. Outsource to the Philippines if you can't handle the support volume.
