In my opinion the sales associate was very perfesernal Brittany explain everything in detail give the best option.

I love Freedom Rides they have great people working there and they work with you and they also have car insurance right threw them I won't go anywhere else

I have purchased more than one time from Freedom Rides. However, this time I am SUPER pleased with my account manager, Pam!! She is always willing to help in anyway possible. She goes over and beyond for her customers and I am grateful for that so much!! Due to financial problems, I had to recontract my truck and I am kinda disappointed the payment didn't go down more and that they tacked on alot of fees I have already paid previously!! That is the only real concern I have with Freedom Ride and their methods. The sales girls, Brittany and Pam, are AMAZING at their jobs!! They handle so much on a daily basis and still manage to smile and be cheerful!! The service dept could be faster with vehicles however I have never had an issue with the staff in the department as a whole. One time I did have a manager tell me one thing and did the opposite but after that was finally straight everything worked out well.

One of the worst dealers I have ever been to. Go in on a Monday they have a truck marked $4500 157k miles get paperwork straight said $600 down I can get anything on the lot based on my income. Than wanted 6 months of proof of income wtf? Most places need 2-3 pay stubs not 6 months but where I own a business 30days of deposits wasn't enough. So go back Thursday to don't on my wife's income instead we'll just like that the truck is now $2500. As they are getting her stuff together I go to test drive and the truck ACTUALLY has 173k miles. I understand being a few hundred off maybe cuz of test drives but that's almost 20k miles more than they are advertising. Looked at a few other vehicles same thing. Their website has the miles much lower on a lot of vehicles than what are actually on them. False advertising like crazy. Most of the vehicles are dirty as can be one had like soda sticky in the cup holder etc. when I asked if they detail and give full tank of gas with purchase the response was "no we don't do that here" ok so the truck I was interested in had almost 20k more miles on it than advertised, and they expected me to walk out of there with it dirty as can be almost on e come on now. Shouldn't have to buy a dirty vehicle drive off the lot and spend $60 in gas to fill it up. What kind of fly by night place is this??? Than I commented on a few of their posts on Facebook talking about crappy customer service over it all and THEY DELETED MY COMMENTS. Ok so I commented again and they deleted again and blocked me from commenting. So instead of dealing with their poor customer service and false advertising and trying to right their wrong hey would rather cover it up and try to hide it from people who don't already know how much of a joke this place is. Honestly I would go to a junkyard to buy a car before going to a freedom rides after that. It's a crooked shady fly by night place selling junk vehicles lying about miles, making online pics look much better than the vehicles in person than try to sell you a dirty vehicle with half a gallon of gas in it.
