I've been with this bank for about 15 years. They are amazing and are always very helpful and quick to respond to my requests and needs. I use the NCC branch.

Worst customer service and long wait times to talk to someone. I can't stand them and would not suggest taking a loan or open an account with them if you're looking for quick and efficient customer service. In fact, if they had minus stars, they'd get the lowest rating possible. Don't waste your time with them!

I've been with this bank for a LONG time. Very helpful when I moved up this way and they were extremely friendly here at this office. They love seeing my son come in with his piggy bank!
