I tried to transfer money into my account and then they blocked it. Then they tried to charge me fees? WTF!?! They need to fix this bs.

I sent five on-line bill payments to one BOA credit card account. All didn't go into it. Four of them returned in time as credit back to my checking. The first one of $50 on 02/17 got lost. Since then I called near ten times, talked to more than ten staffs/super/manager, got different answers but not solve my problem. Several staffs seem short of basic knowledge to review my statement. I got really tired to repeat the story on every calling.Today one manager Jessica insisted on me to check with BOA side. I know she is wrong, but I still called BOA, Kathy/Delaware office told me BOA couldn't check/trace it as it paid by Discover on-line bill pay. Discover bank has all means to solve the problem for you. This is my terrible experience with their customer service. Where can I get help with? Any contact numbers? Thanks!!

Would never bank with them, they let me open a savings account but would not let me open a checking account. simply offended with how i have been treated.
