I am posting this because I thank is a very good company to do business with they are great with helping you with your needs and unlike most companies they understand your needs and look for ways to assist you in making your experience a good one .The one thing that stands out for me is the customer service I received from the rep Shannona she was outstanding for me and I would recommend her to anyone I can thank you very very much

I was a customer of Auto Equity Loans when the office was in Rehoboth Beach, DE. I was always treated well and was disappointed when the office closed. I ended up taking a loan with another company out of desperation with a 360% rate!! Thank God for Shannon as she mailed me a flyer stating I was still a customer, etc! I had called the office I was currently with to raise the loan amount and then remembered the flyer. Well I called the office and spoke with sweet Emily!! She truly was an angel. I could not have been happier with the service she gave me. On top of that I felt I was speaking with a financial adviser. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me very clearly. I truly felt I had made a friend. She has such a bubbly personality. Believe me, the drive to Dover was a breeze to deal with Auto Equity Loans and Emily! I wish I had met Shannon and definitely thank her again. I would appreciate ANY other flyers if there are any specials, etc. Wish there were 10 stars to mark!! Thanks so much - definitely was in a crisis to get my car fixed and with Christmas on the way!! God bless you Emily - you just don't know how you helped me! Probably sounds dramatic, but true. This is the worst predatory title loan company I have ever seen. They will harass you, your family, your references and anyone they can contact-four or five times a day, even after being only one day late. Not only that, I have had this loan for over 1 1/2 years, on a 1997 Pontiac Transport. I have paid back the $500.00 over three times since then. Pathetic, and they are still threatening and harassing me and my family and friends daily for two final payments they are really not owed.

I have not had a good experience here. I only received $700 for my car which they had dropped it from $800 because its a KIA. Then when I missed payments they have harassed me. Probably 6 times a day they called. I have recently just sent them a $900 check to pay it off an now they are still harrasing me because of the "interest" in the time it took them to receive the check. So they have stated they can still repo my car until the $30 is paid! To me this is ridiculous after receiving the payment. I went there because of the good reviews but I regret it!! Word of advice DON'T GET A TITLE LOAN!! I have had less problems with my payday loans!!
