The worst bank EVER. I can't wait to switch banks. They charge fees like no other bank I've dealt with. They don't even credit cash deposits same day. Do yourself a favor and choose another bank.

The employees as well as the manager Dexter, or should I say Carlton, are all extremely nasty & rude, as well as slower than a sloth while doing ANYTHING!!!!!

Been with this bank for over 10 yrs . Love the hours and the people are just great always a smile and short conversation.

Customer service is very bad especially the customer service associate Christiana she is rude , so I was there to access my locker and there were couple of people in front of me so I asked her can I access the locker . she said that customer service or teller will help so when my turn came I went to her so instead of asking me are you next she accused me of cutting the line and told me that other people are waiting I has to tell her that I am next . The gentleman who was before me also told her that I was next and she asked the teller to help me which she could have done before . So much for service . I will cancel my account very much disappointed.

Customer service is a 0, I wish I could give 0 stars. After 30 minutes of waiting to see someone the service rep told me she was leaving and was super rude and nasty. Tellers are great though. Time to hire some new staff TD bank!
