Everyone was very helpful. I didn't get a receipt for my deposit,but that was a hurried mistake on me I should have ask.Overall it was a good experience . I think I will open a account with Bank America.

Tammy fabricates with costumers to make her Commission sales, I regret the rating I gave her inside the bank and will never bank with Bank of America again . Their offers are not suitable for basic banking needs .

No one will pick up a phone a this location. I sat through their automated phone loop a dozen times to speak with a live person at this branch and still no one would pick up the phone......HOW HARD IS IT TO ANSWER A PHONE AND TELL ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK OR ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION FOR A CUSTOMER?????????????

I really want to give them a 1/2 a star; but I've had NO ISSUES at all with my account ever! It just this branch is so horrible I just don't understand it! I normally only go thru the drive-thru to make a withdrawal, I had NEVER went inside before this point. Both doors were locked and it was 3 cars in the parking lot, one lady was already in at the ATM using it. So I seen another lady who got out of her Range Rover so I followed, a good distance behind. She opened up the door & went in and when I went to catch the door, she screamed in my face! I look at her like she was crazy!! Why is this maniac screaming?? What are you doing?-she asked. I'm trying to use the ATM before you screamed-I responded. Its the other door!-She responded aggressively. How in the hell was I suppose to know that?? Then when I got inside another woman stated that I scared her. She thought that I was going to try to rob her. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I was walking about 8ft from her not to mention, I am very well off and my vehicle is newer than hers, but I'm about to rob someone in broad daylight? I don't think so! Since this has happened, the lady has tried to speak to me but never apologized for her actions so I just ignore her. She can keep her crusty Range Rover and that horrible customer service. I will never use this Bank of America ever again! I LOVE BANK OF AMERICA!!*******I HATE THIS BRANCH!!!
