Brian helped us through what would have been a terrible time without him there to guide us. We bought our house sight unseen and we were unable to travel to Virginia to do the paperwork. Brian got everything figured out for us. His products are all easy to follow and very informative. He is especially knowledgeable about local home values, which is one of the reasons why we went with a local lender, like Brian. After taking to the big lenders and being frustrated about their lack of overall knowledge, Brian and his team were a breath of fresh air. I would use their services again without hesitation. Although his company sells your loan within a month or two, Brian is always available to answer questions, and even sent us paperwork to help us with filing our taxes. He really does provide worldclass service and he has competitive rates as well.

Brian is fantastic. I was a first-time homebuyer and had a LOT of questions. He is like a fountain of objective information, and takes as much time with you as needed. He also has a great reputation among agents, which means that if you're in a competitive bidding situation, him being your lender gives you the upper hand. At the open house I was chatting up the seller's agent, and I don't think she took me seriously until I told her that Brian Martucci was my lender. She reacted very positively. Brian is a local lender, and that matters. After closing, the seller's agent said it was a very competitive bidding process -- escalation went up $25k over listed -- but the fact that my lender was local (I assume the other was a national bank or something) was a deciding factor. Brian is professional, organized, direct, and also just a really nice guy.
