Ms.Vanessa Hilton has handled my husband and I so professionally that we decided to change everything over to Andrews. There's absolutely nothing that takes the place of good ole fashion customer service and being able to apply that to the public. Having knowledge about your services and compassionate enough to relay the information to the public . I applaud them for a job well done.

They never answer the phone...DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM.. THEY WILL NOT COLLECT THE MONEY ON TIME. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM.. They take all week to collect the money from the atm so your hard earned money is put on hold because their lazy AF. They are the most professional lazy group of people i have ever meet.. Can we get a manager here that actually makes then work!!

They need a bigger facility, however they make due with what they have. Never had an issue, but one thing that stands out is the outdoor ATM machine has no Signage that let user know that they're people using the machine. Example: I was using the ATM, and this girl stuck her atm card in to open the door, I knocked on the door to let her know that someone (me) was using it. Now common sense will tell you to apologize and close the door and wait your turn. No, that wasn't the case, she continued to come in as I'm making a transaction, and waited behind me. I was angry, and told her to get out as she saw I wasn't playing with her. This person could have robbed me, and anything could have taken place. I say this to say, it needs to be a better safer way of doing this. Because someone is bond to get hurt. Thank you
