I would not recommend this branch at all. I had an extremely negative experience so I would suggest staying far far away. I had an incident in which my bank account occurred a couple of over draft fees. Upon bringing a letter in to the branch as advised by the customer service I was in the process of being helped by a representative. The rep informed me that I would have to speak with a manager. Upon this service managers interference she actually came over, looked at the letter and my balance and began smirking and smiling. She actually found enjoyment in the fact that I was having very serious issues and legitimate customer concerns. As a credible financial institutions I am extremely outraged that a "professional" would actually laugh and be amused by a customers unfortunate event. This is in no way acceptable and I will not tolerate it. I asked why she was laughing under such a circumstance and she had no response or remorse. I will be contacting to corporate office as well as her supervisor to make sure that this doesn't happen to any other customers.

Dan is the best Employee there by far!!! I see him most of the time when I'm having issues. They get straightened out and then my day is automatically better!! I have been banking here for 3 years, I have have had plenty of banking problems but things are mostly taken care of without hesitation. .... Except when I mess up somethings .., lol

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for a long time, and ignoring my experience with corporate (which had never been bad), I always have had good experiences in store. The staff has almost always been helpful and kind. I literally only have one time where it was annoying that a teller was trying to convince me to take a loan to pay for my school rather than the cash I was withdrawing right then and there to pay... Mind you I understand that in any consumer facing profession there are quotas, it was just a little annoying to be advised I should owe someone (the bank) money when I had the money and did not need to be in "debt."
