Are you looking for a mortgage? Do yourself a favor and just skip this bank, all they do is make promises and then when it comes time to deliver they completely drop the ball. We had committed with another bank after they would not return our calls for days, then they tell us it is because they were already putting us through underwriting and underwriting came back approved and with a lower rate than the other bank, of course. We did not want to switch banks now as it was coming close to our signing, but John Olfson pleaded and convinced us to switch, promising that everything was all set and that we were already approved and had gone through underwriting. A few days after we had canceled with the other bank and committed to First Niagara they came back and told us they could not do the loan. Luckily our other bank was still willing to work with us and they pushed everything through very quickly and without any delays so that we could make our original closing date. Which bank should you choose? Take a look at Farmington Bank or some other smaller local banks that support and care about your community.

A payment got processed through my account when it should have been switched to a new account, the company didnt show it on their end as being processed told me to take it up with my bank which I did, Keybank, who informed me they had ten days to legally "fix the problem" told me I would have to fill out paperwork which they didnt send me, then charged me 6 overdraft fees in a matter of two weeks and ten days later this is still not resolved. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!
