Wells Fargo Bank in Wallingford, CT

The worst place to go for any bank needs people is very racist there and lazy 4 tellers all they do is get into the costumers one on one conversation with a teller like wtfk seems like no one has a degree there or finished any highschool

Went in to cash a check made out to me with 2 forms of state picture id. The 4 tellers that where talking to each other pointed me in the direction of someone who could fingerprint me and verify my information. Guess what he was busy, another employee from one of the offices came out and asked if I would like some water while I wait. To tell the truth I hadn't planned on staying very long so I said no. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for the verification officer to finish giving someone a replacement debit card I was waited on. He inspected my 2 forms of ID and had me thumb print the check. Then asked if I would like to open an account there. I said if this is what I have to go through to cash a 500 dollar check I would never consider doing any business with this establishment. The one star that I am giving is for the employee that apologized for the wait, and offered me water. The only bank that is worse than this is Bank of America.
