Not sure why there are any positive reviews... Well, I guess if you only have to use their ATM or deposit a check, they'll be fine - they ARE in fact very friendly! And they're open 7 days a week. BUT: If you plan to open - let's say an HSA account, all I can say is this: RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! And keep running. And never EVER look back while you're running! The level of incompetence and ill-advise I faced and experienced at this branch of TD Bank is beyond believe and shall be a warning to anybody who reads this! Starting from opening and closing unnecessary accounts requiring multiple trips, my experience quickly advanced to being hit by unbelievable and simply out-of-this-world-and-beyond-imagination bank fees, while nobody in this branch could/would help me until several cycles and visits later! And even when they finally did help (and actually refunded half of those ridiculous fees), at the end I still had to call the bank's service number to get everything straightened out and setup the way I wanted it on the 1st day (and not half a year later). Kafkaesque and surreal.

The best TD bank location of any I've visited. Great customer service. Very friendly, helpful and patient when unusual circumstances occurred. Other TD bank locations should follow their example. I have dealt with them often and the personnel and service have been outstanding.

I usually don't go out of my way to leave a bad review about anyone, or any specific place, yet my father felt so humiliated today, I had to write one. My dad went to exchange a check at this bank, he was not an account holder. They told him he had to "double check" with the company for a $700 check to see if they actually wrote it. They went on to ask him for several forms of identification, when mind you he is a Florida resident working in New York for some time. He then offered to show his United States passport book and they told him to pass on to a customer representative. They called his boss, but he did not answer, so they told him the only way to give him the money was for him to open an account with them. After that when his boss did call back, they asked him that they still needed to talk to him. They asked him to verify that he had, in fact, written a check to my father and they went on to ask for the amount that it was for. Horrible customer service, and I will definitely make sure to close the account with them, and arrange for direct deposit with another bank for my father.

Some of the best service from a TD bank branch ever. Very convenient for those in the area to do small banking but I'm sad their change counting machine had to go.
