Very unprofessional. After I closed my account... CLOSED my account, they continued to take out a $500 automatic debit that I had set up for my car loan. However, my car had already been paid of and the account closed. This in itself is not a huge deal. The problem was when I called them they told me it was my fault!!!! And that it could take 10 days for me to get my money back. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible end to what had previously been an issue free 2 car loans. They have lost my business due to their antagonistic and irresponsible customer service. How can I be blamed for their mistake?!?!
