Wow what could I say they are my must rudest unprofessional people I have ever dealt with I would never recommend them to any one I fell sick with lung cancer and had to have surgery I fell behind on some payment and when I asked for assistance they were horrible and they never let you speak to anyone else they always said they are the highest person beside the companies owner and he doesnt speak to anyone. HORRIBLE customer service.

this is the Worst company I have ever dealt with they are mean and unprofessional DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are only after your money don't care if you have any problems. I was leasing a 2008 Chrysler town and country from them. I have been having issues with the GPS they put on my van since day one here we are a year later 2 batteries later. It is connected to my starter and it is killing my battery. They basically told me that it's my problem and I need to make the payments or they will come get it. F them and I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know don't do go to them anyone but them

Worst place ever my truck was picked up for being late one payment that's 75 dollars!!!! When I called they actually yelled at me and hung up! They are so rude and no coustomer service skills.

This company has the absolute worst customer service ever! My payment we set up every two weeks when I get paid. The first two times I called I was told what I had to say didn't matter and then hung up on. . They didn't take the payment out and said it was my fault and it's going to cost me an additional $20 in fees to call in a payment. I've had the car over a year payments always come out ever two weeks. They were rude, condescending and not knowledgable of how payments work. I requested a manager and was told there is not one available, transferred to a managers voicemail and now 4 days later have still not gotten a call back. I was just told " call backs are not guaranteed by management" .... I just can't wait to get my loan away from this wretched company!! If you have the option DO NOT USE SENSIBLE AUTO LENDING THEY ARE THE WORST

The worst company I have ever had to deal with will never deal with this company again worst customer service ,bad attitudes,even mangament worthless they will lie steal from you want call back don't try help you I would not I repeat will not ever deal with these people again....also they want take payment out when their suppose to then they expect you to pay late charge,them you ask your pay off you get the amount then couple months later you as again same amount realy?? Don't think so tired of getting screwd out of my $$$ so I'm try to get ABC 11 involved y'all before with this company foreal their rip offs
