Core Plus Federal Credit Union in Norwich, CT

We sent my dad a check for Father's Day....my dad cashed at CorePlus CU where he has been a member almost 20 years...i was a member there once too. Never the less he gets a letter in mail saying he was charged 25 and 50 taken out of account because " acct" not located .....i called and they tell me that my check scanned dark ...hmmm duh set so it doesn't scan dark...they couldn't read check # ...so i ask can i give to you now. Girl told me she couldn't do ...and WILL NOT REFUND FEE .....its their Fault!!!!! They deducted $75 dollars from my dads account because they scanned check poorly!!!!!! Mind you my husband and I sent several checks out for all Holiday's and Birthdays and we've never had this problem "the same checks" IF YOU DO NOT LIKE RIP OFF CREDIT UNIONS DO NOT GO HERE. MY DAD WAS CHARGED $75 DOLLARS FOR FATHERS DAY PER THEIR MISTAKE!!!!"
