Use to like coming there, now you could just tell tellers are annoyed and hate their job. Ever since they hired some new chump head teller guy it brought everyone down.

North Haven branch has poor customer service. The assistant vice president Dwayne Hicks is rude and unpleasant. His customer service skills are very poor. Misinformation given and no one accountable. I wouldn't trust TD with my large accounts at all.

Andrea has poor customer service skills. Also I feel the bank managers truly do not care about you at all.
