Not only did he get the job done, He got it done extremely well, and with all the problems we had on other aspects of this home I thank him for hanging in there throughout and getting this done for me. I have used New Milford Mortgage twice, once for a refinance, and once for a new home. Both times were by far the best experience I've had with the refinancing process. Bill Granata was professional, courteous, and explained out every possible option for us. He actually recommended a shorter term on my loan, which felt like a little bit of a stretch at the time, but ended up being the best decision I've ever made. I'll actually own my house sooner than I thought!
