McCue Mortgage Company : Keith Turner in New London, CT

We filled out all the paperwork and we were told we were pre approved. But only 3 weeks prior to closing we were told that the loan was not approved. Now we are out $475 application fee and $650 inspection cost. Will not be going back there ever again! My credit score went up and my husband's stayed about the same. We told them months earlier that I was paying a tax payment and had been paying it consistently for almost a year. I was told by another company that I only had to pay consistently for 90 days. I also do not wish to wait another year to get a mortgage.

From beginning to end, Keith made the process easy and straightforward. He clearly explained everything that was necessary to start, and as we progressed, any questions were answered promptly and without obfuscation.

Keith was fantastic to work with throughout the entire mortgage process. He did the appropriate amount of "hand-holding" for me as I navigated the home-buying process for the first time. He was responsive to my emails and phone calls and patient with my many questions. I will recommend him to others and would certainly use him again!

Keith was awesome.... I went to him with no intent to be approved for mortgage... just checking to see when I may qualify. With a family of 5 and moving every year since my oldest (11 years now) was born!! I was SICK of moving and eager to settle down...
