Worst branch of the worst bank around. Lines over 30 minutes long but only if you have a straightforward issue, otherwise expect at least an hour.

I'd like first say, the tellers (most of them) very friendly. The center is VERY short of staff. The lines are always very long. Once it is your turn it's very rushed. The tension from the wait, the large crow standing behind you waiting for their turn and the urge to get complete your transaction is rather intense. The location is perfect, however it would be helpful if the staff would increase.

Awful. I went through the drive-through ATMs. There were two and neither one worked, and of course there was no warning before having to reverse to get back into the parking lot. I go in to use one of their ATMs and it eats my card and that's it. It's 830am so they're not open, but I see someone sitting there and he refuses to help me, tells me I have to sit there and wait until they open. I call customer service only for them to explain that I wouldn't even be able to get that card back and I need a new one sent in the mail. I'm glad I didn't wait. First and very last time there.
