Horrible. All the lady in front wanted me to do was open a bank account and lecture me on credit score and what I should do with my money. Your a banker. Your job is to say hi how are you, what can I do for you and give me my money. Very rude service. What I do with my cash and how I spend it is none of any bankers concern.

Store manager Migdalia Suarez is rude, condescending, and unwilling to help. I went in there looking to refinance & invest, the woman just wanted me to leave her desk. Very unprofessional. Switching banks.
