Bank of America Financial Center in Middletown, CT

I bank at citizens and do a lot of business casually through bank of America and today is the last day you will see me or anyone I know bank with them (not that many people do) there business practices are less than mediocre and when cashing a check with a business logo they made my fiance and I feel less than by causing a scene, Barbara was rude and unfriendly and snickered behind our backs to another rep. They should treat customers with more respect and if needing to check to see if monies are valid, there are simpler ways of doing that. Not to mention the "manager" lied and gave false contact information for us to give a follow up of what happened.
