TD Bank in Manchester, CT

Their ATMs are always out of service. When they're useable they're still all messed up. I've had the outside ATM freeze up and keep my card without even depositing the money twice. When everything works its fine but the reliability is spotty.

This bank is an absolute ripoff. They constantly rearrange the order of our transactions so that we go negative. This time they falsely charged us an overdraft fee of $35 and are saying it will take a MONTH to put back in our account. I am not understanding how a BANK can STEAL our hard earned money and then take a MONTH to give it back???! Needless to say we will absolutely be closing our account and opening a second account with American Eagle, who has never given me any issues. We have bills due today and now we are out money and they cant even take it serious enough to return our money. This bank does NOT value their customers. This bank is a scam.

Set up an appointment over the phone with a small business consultant, but still kept waiting for 15 mins because the branch manager decided to take her lunch (it was 2pm). Finally got in front of the Asst. Branch Manager and was told that I needed a piece of mail that was directed to my home address to prove it was my business mailing address. My documents from the State and the IRS would not suffice...really?! Went home and opened an account with BofA in 5 mins and received confirmation within the hour. So much for TD Bank being focused on customer service.

Good bank with more convenient hours than your standard location. Varied plans to fit most people's needs, but this location is a bit troublesome to get to (which is my only reason for deducting a star). It's on the corner of 2 main roadways so you can end up waiting for a space to squeeze into traffic for a bit.

It's the worst bank ever do not open,an account here. I'm closing my account today and not looking back, thats how bad of a bank it is.
