Key Bank - Manchester North Main Branch in Manchester, CT

My mother opened an account with both our names on it when I was very young (Unfortunately the account has been moved around because the banks keeps switching ownership) and I needed to withdraw some money, so I went in there with the account number and my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. And she claimed I couldn't withdraw any money despite the fact that I am 21 and my name is on the account, claiming it was a "custodial" account. I called my mother, who called bull****, and I reiterated that I absolutely could because I was no longer a minor, and the teller rudely said that it didn't matter and I'd have to come back with my mother. Today she closed out the account and neither of us will be doing business with Key Bank again because those were not the rules explained to her when the account was switched last. Neither of us have time for nonsense like that.
