Frank's Auto Credit in Manchester, CT

All there cars do is break down .. -__- they say they would have your car ready but keep rescheduling the date . Don't come here and buy cars from them .. They give you a real hard time

I would not recommend to any one they would wait to you leave far from home and then cut you car off they have a tracker on there car so they do it out of spite I paid em my car was still disabled they sold me a 2010 limit they over price there car my transmission going I only had the car for 30 days and the trans going and they won't give

I've purchased 2 cars with them. The first was totaled in a snow accident, and they were very kind, patient, and understanding when I needed to purchase a new vehicle. Both vehicles had "issues" but they were quickly and efficiently resolved. I've never had a problem with customer service and they call me by my first name every time I come by (which is not often). I would definitely recommend Frank's.

Worst customer service ever!!! I am a manager at a phone store I go above and beyond for my customers ...they wouldnt even let me pay them to print my light bill off of my phone, after sending me to the library the first time to print my pay stubs...If there is a printer there how hard would it be just to be nice save ypur customer time and hassle oh sorry maybe my skin wasn't light enough for the sales person ...smh
