I have been a member for 10+ years, the staff at the branch have always been very helpful and you can count on them to work very hard to make sure questions are answered, processes are smoothed and care is taken in all business you conduct with them, even outside the normal and what big banks would turn away. This last week Kerry Perrotta Jr. brought my wife and I right in to setup a complete a complicated trust document, and showed us nothing but professional, competent and helpful advise throughout. Even going so far as helping us setup an online account with paperless billing so that the new trust account wouldn't be subject to future unexpected charges if we forgot to afterwards. The service is sub par. When I recieved my card in the mail it sid not function with the atm, so now I have to go in if i want to make a deposit etc. Moreover, the online banking looks like it's from the 90's, and the hours are horrible. They close at 3 everyday not giving anyone with an actual work job a chance to go inside.

They are always happy to help and willing to put up with all my transactions haha. Even though they have limited hours they have no trouble taking the time to help once you're there.
