I was in a car accident then in the hospital my insurance deemed my car total and sent them a check for 5 grand because I was hospitalized and could not sign a paper they then sent a letter that my car was being reposed . When I called to question I was told all communication from this point forward had to be in writing. Don't ever use these people

Never again. Office girl is mean, and refuses to listen to you. She insists that a 19% loan is a normal thing, and How dare I offer a $5000 lump some to pay off the remaining $6000 of INTEREST. She won't even let you tell her that you died last year, and have incurred thousands of dollars in medical costs. They just refuse to care. She made it sound like it's no problem if I don't pay the full amount. They'll just repo the car and sell it to some other poor fool with bad credit, at 19% interest. This place does the loans for Fort Shantock Motors in CT.
