I've been with MCU for 11yrs now. We had ups and downs but through it all -They care about the people in the community. Value added customer service, good CAR RATES, excellent programs and packages that fits diversified needs. Although I'm sadden to see the Stamford Branch close-(Which makes it a little difficult) I would like to see in the coming new year a faster way to get a lost debit card- instead of the traditional 10days...."Even the Big Bank can print a card, when you walk in the branches"........

took 6 weeks to receive the debit card. No one told me I needed to "sign" up for mobile deposit. Now I am being charged 4.95 for bill pay? I never used it. Tried calling goes to voicemail. I am closing this account and will not look back.

This Bank cashed a Check for my child with out asking for a photo ID or having the check signed but they cash it any way now the check bounced and they want me to pay for it. this is not my fault UR bank should be help accountable for your teller Miss take. NO STARS
