Can I give 0 stars? run, run fast, run far. The people at the branch are wonderful. However, the people running the company have no sense of customer service, have terrible software and systems, don't empower the employees to help customers, and outright lie to the employees/customers. They took over 1st Niagara, and locked existing business customers out of their accounts. It was supposed to be for 3 days, over a weekend, so not a big deal. Today is day 8, I have spent 17 hours on the phone over the last 4 days, and have yet to speak to a person who could help. Wait times to speak to a person are 3-5 hours, and then they tell you they can't help. Go to the branch, they try to help, but they have the same phone number that the public has. so they sit on hold with you, since again, management doesn't trust them to do anything.
