I definitely do not recommend this company. Not only did I feel like I was put on the back burner for the majority of the process, but I also got passed around to different members of the team without knowing who they were. Id get random emails from other team mates requesting personal information without them even introducing themselves or without me even knowing who they were. I consistently had to be on top of them to get information about where I was in the process, I was polite and very expedient when turning in any document they needed. I was the approved without having all the necessary Documents they claimed to need. A couple days before closing they told me there was an issue an needed a few more documents, after handing the Documents in I had to wait an extra week to get them looked over and even that wasn't enough. My son and I had to move into a hotel because we were assured we'd get into the house within a week. 4 weeks later we were still in a hotel. At the end of the four weeks they told me that they could not go forward with the loan. So then why did I initially get approved? Just warning other members of the society to stay away from this Company, their ethics are completely twisted. Please do your Homework before choosing a mortgage Co, because this one is definitely not a good choice.
