Been trying to contact them for 3 days for my pre approval letter to be sent to me. When I call I get no answer. Bad service

I worked there ... he is crazy. They cant close a loan to save their life. I never received my w2 from last year. I am calling and it is ringing and ringing.....most likely b/c no one wants to work for him.
