Amazing customer service! Really help you out answer your questions and help you with your doubts. Especially Josh Tarin who worked on my case. Very helpful explained everything they would be doing to save me out of the water of collections and bills into a boat of freedom that no bank has done for me. would recommend to anyone who needs credit care.

I love this company. I have been with them since Nov.2016 and am seeing a tremendous change in my credit. Neil my counselor is AWESOME!!! He gave me pointers and told me a few things to do while they continue to work on my file. I give him 5 stars for not making me feel like a regular customer. He was easy to understand (I am more of a creative person), he was courteous, kind and extremely intelligent. The program honestly works! I’ve seen a jump in my credit from a 590 (Poor) to a 641 (fair) in a month. Danielle M. is a one of the credit repair specialist at home assist. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very patient on explaining how credit works to your advantage by providing tips and information on achieving your goal. Honestly, I would have left the program if it was for her. My last assigned credit representative, rarely informed me of the credit progress, investigations that took place or called to check in. After speaking with several credit reps that seem like they had no clue… I was then transferred to Danielle, she was able to clarify and help me better understand the process and the benefits of the program. The only reason I did give the 5 stars was due to the constant call for payment. It anyoyed me. I definitely would recommend to anyone trying to repair their credit in a short amount of time.

Belinda Baardsen saved the day! She was so concise and empathetic to my life circumstances situation which set me back. That is not something credit bureaus and banking institutions are incapable of. She really gave me so much hope and a great escape route so to speak that will get me in a rental faster than I expected. I love that she was quick on her feet in executing a fool proof plan for my life as a full time caregiver for my mom and I to bank off establishing an active line of credit in her name since I am her Power of Attorney! My report is a disaster as I am the responsible party of her medical bills etc. Mom's is quite alright which adding her to my secured CC (saving money here thanks Belinda) and cleaning away her crumbs vs my boulders enables her score to spike faster than mine by far! I am so glad I ignored my know it all broke friends who thought I was wasting my money hiring a company to fix my credit! They have no idea the savvy these execs have dealing with credit bureaus! My job is health and keeping mom alive and thriving not numbers and knowing the nuances of how all this works! I am new with them and I am truly hopeful and excited to finally get it together on my credit report! Feels real good! Thanks B!
