I love the place, good vibes n all. 4 stars because I hardly felt welcomed today when I went to cash in my paycheck. I don't know if the lady I walked up to, was in a weird mood or anything. But its whatever, she helped me. I like everyone else there. Just try and be a little more welcoming n flash a smile maybe.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible customer service when trying to close an auto loan with them. Was just a seller so the buyers were the customer. Not orgabized at all. Poor coomunications. Choose a different CU service center.

There can sometimes be a line but I've never gone to a bank and found myself in long conversations with the staff other than this one! (Only when there isn't a line.) The people here are so service oriented and I love that they use our money to boost the local economy. Their online services are great too.

I love this location. The people are amazing and always helpful. Never have i had an issue they didn't address and find a solution immediately. With that said, the reason i give them three stars, the young female teller needs a customer service training class. She always has the worst attitude. How is it everyone here makes you feel welcome, yet this one teller will make you want to get a new credit union or drive 30 mins just to not deal with the extremely horrible attitude you WILL receive if you are unfortunate enough to receive her help.
