We were told that a 680 would get us an account. Never ever heard of credit requirements that high. I called corporate and they said as long as are in good standing with other banking institutions you could join with no problem.

I could write a book about the service. But I'm not going to waste my time. Make sure to get a rep who knows what they're doing. Doreen Marie Van Gelder didn't know what she was doing. I'm still trying to fix things a week after seeing her.

Horrible bank! I haven't been able to log into my online account for several days, I've tried contacting the individual branches and the 1800 number several times to sort out the issue. Every time i call the automated phone says they are experiencing longer call response times and to call back later. I am closing out my accounts and going to a different credit union.
