My first time coming an older lady was very rude and didn't take the time to even concider me as an applicant. Then my second time around Eric explained everything on the phone and to find out I'm a qualifying applicant. Glad to know they have people that care about their customers and giving them A+ customer service. Working for retail and big name company I know customer service is number one always so thank you eric and the lady I worked with.

Manager so damn rude wont even give me a date when i got my loan two years ago....

Very rude old lady who is the manager and the don't want to help anyone out. She acts like she is better then anyone who comes into the place. Just straight up rude.

At first I was pretty bummed about my customer service experience here. I came in with a pre approved offer, but they don't tell you what you need to bring with you. I would strongly suggest calling them beforehand. Especially if you live far from Thornton (as was my case). They'll put you on a long hold, but it's worth it to make sure you're prepared with everything you need to take out a loan. In the end, I walked out with what I needed to get me through a rough spot, but the overall process was somewhat of a hassle. Don't plan to go on a work day, set aside some time, and keep in mind the don't open until 10am.
