I'm very unsatisfied! I can't log into my account online with the new app and I can't log in on my computer. The phone number that's listed is also always busy! This is a huge inconvenience!!!!!

PSCU was very helpful, kind and efficient when I wanted to set up new accounts for savings, checking, and open a credit card. The representative gave me several suggestions, offered to open an account for overdraft protection as well which was terrific! It only took 20 minutes! I love that they are a credit union so there are less fees and lower interest rates for a credit card than I could get at a regular bank. I was surprised that you could get an account/membership here without nepotism as long as you live locally, the credit unions I am used to are quite exclusive!

They are always very friendly! The honestly want to help you with whatever they can. On occasion they are a bit slow, but I think most of that is due to them being busy. I am a member of another credit union, but they will do just about anything a branch of my credit union will do. And that is perfect considering they are so much closer to me!
