Ive been going to this bank since it was norwest. The last couple of years the cutomer service has gone down the drain. Not only do they treat you like an idoit you have to watch every move they make. If you have multiple accounts use caution as it is too complicated for the tellers.

Frustration, bundled up and sold to the public, one account at a time. But it's their culture, not the employees that's at fault. The staff are great, it's the service that sucks.

Monday through Friday 9 - 5, no Saturday hours, no extended hours for the drive through. Why be here at all? Major pain, plus a loss of wages for me to take off work to visit this bank. What a joke.
