My sister and brother-in-law who work for Land Title and deal with mortgage brokers daily recommended Kathryn Pedersen of Fidelity Mortgage in Steamboat Springs. They indicated that she was the best they had ever worked with and used her when relocating from Steamboat Springs and purchasing a new home in Arvada, Colorado. I just recently purchased a home in Gunnison, Colorado, and Kathryn and her staff made it so easy to get pre-qualified and then to purchase the home. There were absolutely no glitches. Working with them long distance was amazing. They are efficient, cheerful, helpful and just plain awesome! I can't say enough great things about them.

After putting off refinancing our home for several years while waiting for the housing market to rebound before getting an appraisal I thought it would not be possible for interest rates to remain low enough to make refinancing worth while. In addition I had talked to several banks including my previous lender about refinancing our home on 40 acres. I kept being told they would not finance a home on acreage??.
